Effective date: 1 July 2026 · Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Sinoloop Global Ltd (Hong Kong)
What we collect
- Contact details you submit in the quote form: name, email, phone number, store or product link.
- Request details: your quiz answers (services needed, budget range, destination market, timeline).
- Technical data: page URL, UTM tags, and, if advertising measurement is enabled, Meta Pixel identifiers (fbp/fbc cookies) and the ChatGPT Ads click reference (
oppref, stored in the __oppref cookie).
- Bot check: the quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. We only receive a pass/fail token.
- Drafts (outside the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway only): if you tick the consent box, enter a valid email and leave before submitting, we receive what you have typed so far so we can follow up. In the EU/UK, or when we cannot determine your country, drafts are never sent.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and prepare factory quotes and a landed-cost breakdown.
- To contact you about your request via email or phone, and only if you gave consent in the form.
- To measure advertising performance (aggregated; only if the pixel is active).
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not send marketing newsletters without a separate opt-in.
- We do not share your data with anyone except service providers needed to run this site and messaging (hosting, CRM/webhook processing, Meta advertising tools).
Service providers we use
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and the serverless function that processes the form. Vercel also tells us the country of your connection so we know whether to ask for cookie consent; the country code is not stored.
- Telegram Messenger Inc.: your request is delivered to our team as a message in a private Telegram group. Telegram's servers are located outside the EU; the message contains only what you entered in the form.
- Cloudflare Inc.: Turnstile bot check on the quote form (see above).
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. In the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway the pixel is loaded only after you click Accept in the consent banner; everywhere else it loads on page view. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days.
- OpenAI: ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel and Conversions API for measuring our ads in ChatGPT. Same consent rule as Meta: in the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway the pixel sends nothing until you click Accept. When you submit the quote form, we report a "lead created" event to OpenAI with your email and phone number hashed (SHA-256), the page URL and the click reference; OpenAI does not receive your name, answers or the form contents. Cookies:
__oppref (30 days), __obref (365 days).
- Backup copy: when enabled, a copy of each request is written to a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) so no request is lost if Telegram is unavailable.
Cookie consent: change your mind
To withdraw or change your consent for Meta Pixel and the ChatGPT Ads pixel, reset your choice and reload the site; the banner will ask again. You can also delete the _fbp, _fbc, __oppref and __obref cookies in your browser settings.
Done. Your consent choice has been cleared.
Storage and retention
Requests are stored in our private Telegram group and, when enabled, in the backup spreadsheet for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Technical logs (hosting and function logs, without form contents) are kept up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. One email to hello@sinoloopchina.com is enough, and we confirm deletion within 7 days.
